The AOA is actively addressing pressing societal issues by implementing innovative solutions and fostering community engagement. AOA aims to create sustainable change and empower individuals to contribute positively to the society, through these efforts, together 'we' are making significant strides in tackling challenges and making it a quality living of every Allurian.
The task taken in hand and completed are highlighted and the work in progress is also highlighted below.
The ATS Allure residential project received its occupation certificate (OC) in March 2021, with multiple efforts of AOA Members, who tracked & pursued the progress of the Occupational Certificate and the registry of flats despite ATS had dues to pay to authority, because of which registry was on hold.
The lift from the basements 1 & 2 to the ground were not provided by the builder even after possession and had no intentions to provide the same. AOA team persued the matter rigorously with builder and authority till the MRL lift were installed and made functional.
AOA initiated the discussion with various agencies to provide internet other than Fusion net (an ATS Company), which was providing internet at the site at a premium charge. Ultimately Airtel was also brought in to end the monopoly of one service provider.
AOA initiated IGL connectivity by pursuing with the builder, as Allure being remote site multiple issues were sorted by AOA along with the builder & IGL to begin with services at Allure.
Initially the electricity provided at the site was of agricultural supply, AOA initiated the discussion with UPPCL, organised several discussion and meetings with UPPCL Chief Engineer. UPPCL officers’ cooperation and members rigorous follow up Allure received 33KVA connection, bringing end to the regular problems of power cuts and voltage fluctuations.
Installation of safety measures like ARD, intercoms, cameras, buzzer fixing etc in the lifts of every tower, CCTV cameras covering maximum area of the society.
Regular audits of security agency, along with a mandate to change security agency and guards every year and also not repeating the same guards for atleast a year. Directional signages & notice signages were installed.
AOA made all the above possible by pushing the builder to provide what was committed.
Installation of street lights at the service & connecting roads were the utmost requirements of the residents to have a sense of security prevailed.
AOA, understanding the concern brought this matter in congizance of the authorities and requested for their timely actions which resulted in illuminated connecting roads and feel of saftey for commuters.
AOA highlighted the issue of farmer compensation re-initiated by the authority even on the registered flats, AOA requested the authority to take cognisance of Shri Amitabh Kant, Sherpa committee to avoid taking FC from the registered flats.
Post possession, lifts of three towers remianed non functional for quite a time, AOA persued the same matter with the authorities and the builder, pushing to activate the not operational lifts in tower 1,5,8 and also to take AMC of all the lifts across the projects for a continued operations.
The AMC certificates are pasted in each lift with validity.
AOA team in its endeavour is currently working on various important issues with authorities and the builder, highlighted as below:
We are pursuing with UPPCB for the audit of Sewage Treatment , Solid Waste Management, as well as conversion of DG in bi fuel as per the guidelines of government.
We are also demanding the pending DG sets from ATS which are not yet delivered to the site.
As kids use to play in park, as well as housekeeping & security staff had nowhere to go for drinking water. understanding the challenge, AOA forced ATS to install RO in a common area for use of masses and similarly for common toilets (which are in a bad state as of now) we are pursuing the same.
With no signboard of Allure, it was difficult for visitors to reach to the complex, AOA pushed ATS to install an illuminated Signboard of ALLure in front of ATS Allure main entry.
The ATS logo's facing expressway are in poor shape and some are non illuminated too, we are working with ATS to get those repaired/changed. One side logo already changed other is in pipeline.
The poor quality of builders work has deteriorated the condition of both the basements because of water seepage from expansion joints.
This is highlighted to ATS project team and they have taken it on priority. Its a time consuming and detailed process which if not been pursued would have dented the construction and brought in unprecedented challenges.
Insitally when highlighted the issues to the builder, they refused and ignores to accept the faults, AOA brought in authority and requested fire, safety department to audit the society, on doing the same they found multiple flaws and pushed ATS to rectify the issues and be compliant to the laws. the work is in progress, smoke detectors above 12th floor in every tower is non functional.
Basement marking, unauthorised access in the society & club, Kids play room in club, Gym equipments & trainer, tower lights, maintenance help line number, fire safety doors installation, completion of stores, mumty glass, water proofing, greenbelt/horticulture, reflectors of car parking number, snake treatment, automation of water tanks etc are ongoing issues and sounded to the builder, will make sure to get them rectified as early as possible.
