The AOA is actively addressing pressing societal issues by implementing innovative solutions and fostering community engagement. AOA aims to create sustainable change and empower individuals to contribute positively to the society, through these efforts, together 'we' are making significant strides in tackling challenges and making it a quality living of every Allurian.

The task taken in hand and completed are highlighted and the work in progress is also highlighted below.

Ongoing Work

AOA team in its endeavour is currently working on various important issues with authorities and the builder, highlighted as below:

STP & DG Conversion

We are pursuing with UPPCB for the audit of Sewage Treatment , Solid Waste Management, as well as conversion of DG in bi fuel as per the guidelines of government. 

We are also demanding the pending DG sets from ATS which are not yet delivered to the site. 

Common Toilet & Filtered water for common consumption

As kids use to play in park, as well as housekeeping & security staff had nowhere to go for drinking water. understanding the challenge, AOA forced ATS to install RO in a common area for use of masses and similarly for common toilets (which are in a bad state as of now) we are pursuing the same.  

ALLURE SIGNBOARD & ATS LOGO

With no signboard of Allure, it was difficult for visitors to reach to the complex, AOA pushed ATS to install an illuminated Signboard of ALLure in front of ATS Allure main entry.

The ATS logo's facing expressway are in poor shape and some are non illuminated too, we are working with ATS to get those repaired/changed. One side logo already changed other is in pipeline. 

Expansion Joints Treatment

The poor quality of builders work has deteriorated the condition of both the basements because of water seepage from expansion joints. 

This is highlighted to ATS project team and they have taken it on priority. Its a time consuming and detailed process which if not been pursued would have dented the construction and brought in unprecedented challenges. 

Fire Hydrants & Smoke detectors non FUNCTIONING

Insitally when highlighted the issues to the builder, they refused and ignores to accept the faults, AOA brought in authority and requested fire, safety department to audit the society, on doing the same they found multiple flaws and pushed ATS to rectify the issues and be compliant to the laws. the work is in progress, smoke detectors above 12th floor in every tower is non functional.  

Other Small but important issues

Basement marking, unauthorised access in the society & club, Kids play room in club, Gym equipments & trainer, tower lights, maintenance help line number, fire safety doors installation, completion of stores, mumty glass, water proofing, greenbelt/horticulture,  reflectors of car parking number,  snake treatment, automation of water tanks etc are ongoing issues and sounded to the builder, will make sure to get them rectified as early as possible.
